Welcome to Our Documentation Center

The Process Catalog is the home of your organization’s process library in ProcessMind. It’s where you browse, organize, search, and open every process your team has designed, and where you go to export or share a model. These guides are written for process modelers, process owners, and anyone who keeps a process library in order. Browsing, organizing, searching, and exporting the catalog work on every seat; publishing processes and giving viewers read-only access need a Process Architecture seat.

What You’ll Learn

  • The Process Catalog: tree, cards, and list views, folders, filters, and column settings.
  • AI Assistant (beta): generate models, documentation, and RACI proposals from a prompt.
  • Global Search: find processes, model elements, data, and documentation across your whole workspace.

Frequently asked questions

In the Process Catalog, the home page of the app. Processes are organized in a folder-based tree, so parent and child processes stay visible, and you can create, open, organize, and manage models from there.

Yes. Models export as BPMN 2.0 for round-trips with other tools, and as PDF or PNG for documents and presentations; you can also copy the diagram as an image.
