Roadmap 2026-2027

This document outlines the current product roadmap for ProcessMind, offering a forward-looking view of the development priorities and feature releases. It is intended to provide transparency into the direction of the platform. With the October 2026 release shipped, the roadmap now looks at Q4 2026 and beyond.

Q4 2026: Follow-Ups and Notifications

Q4 is about follow-ups after the big September release: smaller items across the platform, and notifications that keep the right people in the loop.

  • Slack and Teams notifications (your alerts, tasks, and portal links in your chat)
  • Notification settings in your user profile
  • AI Assistant out of beta
  • Embeddable dashboards and portal pages
  • Mobile Process Portal
  • More out-of-the-box dashboards
  • PowerPoint export
  • Queue visualization for simulation and process mining

Q1 2027: KPIs, Roles, and Certification

Q1 turns to business performance and trust: goals and KPIs across your hierarchy, per-process roles and permissions, and our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification.

  • Organizational goals: track your goals top-down over your process hierarchy
  • KPI management: KPIs per process and aggregates over your hierarchy, with the values that matter broadcast in the Process Portal
  • Per-process roles and permissions
  • ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification

2027 and Beyond

The larger programs continue after Q1: continuous improvement, deeper out-of-the-box analysis, and enterprise-grade deployment and control.

  • Improvement opportunity management
  • Integrated process improvement cycle support (Plan -> Do -> Check -> Act)
  • Continuous monitoring and alerting using AI
  • Out-of-the-box Process Insights and Improvements across the process library
  • SCIM and directory sync
  • Bring your own key (your own S3 storage and AI provider keys)
  • Multi-cloud
  • Private cloud
