Roadmap 2025-2026

This document outlines the current product roadmap for ProcessMind, offering a forward-looking view of our development priorities and feature releases. It is intended to provide transparency into the direction of our platform.

Disclaimer: All timeframes, features, and capabilities described here are subject to change. This roadmap is provided for informational purposes only and does not represent a commitment to deliver any specific functionality on an exact timeline.

September 2025 – Engine v2

  • Faster Process Mining (Inductive Miner)
Implementation of a high-performance mining algorithm to speed up the discovery of process models from large or complex event logs.

  • Process Variation Charts
Introduction of visual tools to compare different execution paths within a process, helping users understand the range and frequency of process variants.

  • Comparison: Simulation vs Real Data
Enables users to validate simulation outcomes by comparing them directly to real-life process performance based on historical data.

  • Automatic BPMN Layouts
Automatic arrangement and formatting of BPMN diagrams to improve readability and reduce manual adjustments.

Data API v1
  • REST API for Data Upload
Launch of a stable API endpoint that allows users to upload event data programmatically, suitable for integrating with third-party systems or CI pipelines.

  • Example Scripts in Python and JavaScript
Ready-to-use scripts that demonstrate how to upload data via the API, helping teams automate and scale their data onboarding processes.

November 2025 – Engine v3

  • Model-Based Process Variations
Support for alternative paths, such as parallel flows, XOR decisions, and loops, within BPMN models to reflect real-world process dynamics.

  • Simulation on BPMN Models
Enables simulations to run directly on BPMN diagrams, making it easier to test the impact of changes before they’re implemented in practice.

  • AI Editing of BPMN
AI-powered suggestions to automatically restructure or enhance process models based on best practices or known inefficiencies.

  • AI Recommendations for Process Improvements
Analytics-driven recommendations that propose actionable steps to optimize throughput, eliminate bottlenecks, or reduce complexity.

  • Data Generation for Simulation
Synthetic generation of realistic event data to support simulations, particularly useful when historical logs are incomplete or unavailable.

  • Model Extensions for Descriptions, Documents, and Links
Adds the ability to enrich BPMN models with inline descriptions, links to relevant resources, and attached documentation.

  • AI Document Generation
Transforms process models into automatically generated documentation, providing clear and structured overviews for stakeholders and audits.

December 2025 – API v2

  • Create New Process via API
Enables users to define and configure new process models programmatically, streamlining workflows in dynamic environments.

  • Create New Dataset via API
Provides the ability to upload and register new datasets through the API, facilitating integration into external data pipelines or tools.

March 2026 – API v3

  • Create New Tenant via API
Supports automated multi-tenant provisioning through the API, allowing enterprise customers or partners to create isolated workspaces.

  • User Management via API
Offers programmatic access to invite, assign roles, and manage users, making it easier to maintain access control and onboarding flows at scale.

Further updates are expected later this year.
