ProcessMind 2026.10 is a depth release. There is no new platform to learn: dashboards load faster, loading your data got smarter, and pricing received a major update in the app. You can try everything in this release with a free trial.

Faster dashboards

• Dashboards are dramatically lighter. Related chart queries are combined and shared behind the scenes, so pages fetch far less and render sooner, especially on large datasets.
• The heaviest views gained the most. Process Health and the Conformance panels, the most demanding analytical pages in the platform, are dramatically faster than before.
• Chart edge cases with custom metrics and unusual filter combinations are fixed, so results stay consistent.

Better uploads, imports and exports

• Messy spreadsheets welcome. Header rows under title blocks are found automatically, workbooks whose first sheet has no usable header fall back to the first usable sheet, and unusual role-column names are recognized from the values in your data.
• Uploads that do not give up. A momentary network hiccup no longer fails a file: uploads retry on their own.
• Folder-aware BPMN import and export. Importing a .zip recreates your catalog’s folder structure (on Process Architecture and up), and catalog exports mirror your folder tree in the zip.

Pricing, seats and checkout updates

• The end of a trial is a choice, not a surprise. When a trial or canceled subscription runs out, the workspace locks instead of silently changing plans, and the admin chooses what comes next: a paid seat or Process Individual. Nothing changes without that choice.
• Seats unlock instantly. Assign a seat in the Users table and everything it grants (Data, dashboards, simulation) is available right away, with billing handled automatically.
• Checkout stays in the app. Buying seats opens in a slide-in with the payment form right there, prefilled with your contact email and pricing country.
• Billing without dead ends. The pricing and billing address pickers only offer countries where checkout can succeed.
• Viewer seats and add-ons. Architecture and Intelligence seats include 10 portal viewers per seat, Intelligence adds 3 dashboard viewers per seat, and extra capacity can be added with viewer, credit and environment add-ons. Annual plans scale their discount with committed seats, from 15% up to 50%.

Environments: sandbox and demo

• Environment types. Every environment is now normal, sandbox or demo. Process Architecture and up include a free second environment for sandbox work, partner teams get demo environments for walkthroughs, and both are clearly badged. Only production environments count on your bill.
• Deleting an organization, done carefully. Schedule the deletion with a grace period you can cancel at any time, and the workspace warns you while a deletion is pending.
• An architecture from your documents. The catalog architecture wizard can draft your landscape from uploaded documents (where the AI Assistant is available).

Smaller improvements and fixes

• AI Assistant answers take feedback: give any answer a thumbs up or down.
• Model documentation is simpler and faster. Plain markdown fields replace the old rich-text editor; headings, lists, links and images still work.
• Copy and paste works on Firefox, and a simulation edge case that could loop the UI is fixed.
• Smoother galleries and calmer busy moments: artifact thumbnails load in one smooth stream, and requests that hit a busy moment retry themselves instead of failing.
• Sign in and sign up now explain clearly when an account is not found, the usage page no longer flashes placeholder figures while loading, and Escape closes the inline label editor even when it is empty.

Website and help center

• The blog and news sections now have RSS feeds (per language), so you can follow new posts.
• A new help page, Plans & usage limits, documents what every plan includes.
• Pricing pages show localized currencies with a cleaner selector (EUR and USD first), and pricing previews now show clear list prices.
