Process analysis is only as reliable as the data behind it. ProcessMind gives you a built-in view of your dataset’s quality (through a quality badge on the dataset and a slide-in quality dashboard) so you always know how much to trust your results.

Understanding Data Quality Badges

Each dataset carries a quality badge that summarizes how clean and complete it is. The badge shows a percentage score, color-coded so you can see at a glance how much to trust the data.

The score is based on checks against the mapped columns, including missing values, inconsistent values, and timestamp problems.

Exploring the Data Quality Dashboard

Click the quality badge (or the quality indicator next to your dataset) to open the Data Quality slide-in panel. The panel gives you the full picture:

  • Freshness: how recently the dataset was loaded.
  • Overview: the dataset and its key coverage metrics.
  • Attribute coverage: how complete each attribute is.
  • Activity analysis: how well activities are represented.

From the panel you can also jump to AI data recommendations to find issues automatically.

Improving Data Quality

  • Use the recommendations Process Intelligence Process Intelligence Available with a Process Intelligence seat or higher. Only seats on this plan or a higher one can use this feature. Compare plans : let the AI data recommendations surface issues, then apply the suggested mapping and data improvements.
  • Clean your data: follow the data cleaning and preparation guide for manual fixes.
  • Fix known problems: work through Troubleshooting Data Issues for symptom-by-symptom solutions.
  • Prevent issues upstream: fix the extract itself by following Where to Get Data before the next upload.
  • Re-check after every load: the badge updates automatically, so make a habit of reviewing it.
