  1. Create your account: sign up with a Microsoft or Google account and start your free trial.
  2. Complete onboarding: personalize your workspace, invite your team, and set your goals.

  • I design, model, or analyze processes: business analysts, process designers, and modelers who want to document and standardize how work happens. Learn the Process Catalog, BPMN modeling, collaboration, and publishing.
  • I’m an Architect: Process architects and transformation managers who want to connect and govern the process landscape. Learn hierarchy levels, roles & RACI, documentation, governance, and the process portal.
  • I’m an Intelligence user: Operational excellence managers and analysts who want to analyze and optimize with data. Learn data upload, mapping, dashboards, mining, simulation, and AI.
