Single-Sign-On (SSO) with ProcessMind

ProcessMind SSO Integration Guide

ProcessMind offers Single Sign-On (SSO) through major providers: Microsoft, Google, and LinkedIn. This enables a smoother login experience. Users can authenticate with their existing accounts, ensuring secure, hassle-free access to ProcessMind, while limiting data collection to what’s essential.

How SSO Works in ProcessMind

When a user logs into ProcessMind using SSO, we rely on the identity provider (Microsoft or Google) for secure authentication. After successful login, ProcessMind only captures the email address of the user to uniquely identify the account within the application.

Following the initial login, users are prompted to provide their First Name and Last Name, which helps personalize the experience within ProcessMind. No other information is collected from the identity provider.

SSO with Microsoft

To log into ProcessMind using your Microsoft account:

  1. Navigate to the Login Page: On the ProcessMind login screen, click the “Login with Microsoft” button.
  2. Authenticate with Microsoft: You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page. Enter your Microsoft account credentials if prompted.
  3. Grant Permissions: You may be asked to grant ProcessMind access to your Microsoft account’s basic information, specifically your email address.
  4. Complete the Process: After authentication, you will be redirected back to ProcessMind. On your first login, you will be asked to enter your First Name and Last Name to complete your profile.

Data Collected from Microsoft

  • Your email address , First Name and Last Name is captured from the identity provider to uniquely identify you within ProcessMind.
  • No other information is collected.

SSO with Google

To log into ProcessMind using your Google account:

  1. Navigate to the Login Page: On the ProcessMind login screen, click the “Login with Google” button.
  2. Authenticate with Google: You will be redirected to the Google login page. Enter your Google account credentials if prompted.
  3. Grant Permissions: You may be asked to allow ProcessMind access to your Google account’s basic information, specifically your email address.
  4. Complete the Process: After authentication, you will be redirected back to ProcessMind. On your first login, you will be asked to enter your First Name and Last Name to complete your profile.

Data Collected from Google

  • Your email address , First Name and Last Name is captured from the identity provider to uniquely identify you within ProcessMind.
  • No other information is collected.

SSO with LinkedIn

To log into ProcessMind using your LinkedIn account:

  1. Navigate to the Login Page: On the ProcessMind login screen, click the “Login with LinkedIn” button.
  2. Authenticate with LinkedIn: You will be redirected to the LinkedIn login page. Enter your LinkedIn account credentials if prompted.
  3. Grant Permissions: You may be asked to allow ProcessMind access to your LinkedIn account’s basic information, specifically your email address.
  4. Complete the Process: After authentication, you will be redirected back to ProcessMind. On your first login, you will be asked to enter your First Name and Last Name to complete your profile.

  • No other information is collected.

Privacy and Data Protection

ProcessMind is committed to protecting your privacy. When logging in through SSO with Microsoft, Google, or LinkedIn:

  • Your email address , First Name and Last Name is captured from the identity provider to uniquely identify you within ProcessMind.
  • After the first login, ProcessMind will ask for you if you would like to change your First Name and Last Name to complete your profile setup.
  • No other personal information, such as profile pictures, contact lists, or demographic data, is retrieved from the identity providers.
