ProcessMind Configuration and Setup Guide
Set up ProcessMind: learn configuration, environments, billing, SSO, and more for business process management.
The Usage and Credits screen shows how your organization consumes platform functionality. AI actions such as assistant conversations, model generation, and summaries are metered in AI credits. Other capabilities, such as simulation runs, preprocessing, data queries, and exports, are metered as separate categories on the same screen. You always know what you have left in each.
AI credits are the metering unit for ProcessMind’s AI features. One credit equals €0.01. Most AI actions cost between 1 and 50 credits depending on the action:
Besides AI, other platform capabilities draw on the same metered allowances shown on the Usage and Credits screen. Depending on your plan you will see balances for:
Each category shows the percentage remaining and the reset countdown. You are notified at 80% and again at 100% of an allowance. On the free plan and the free trial, a category stops once exhausted; on paid plans usage can continue past the included allowance without extra charge, matching the AI-credit behavior below.
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits:
| Plan | Included AI credits |
|---|---|
| Free trial | 100 total (one-time, for the whole trial) |
| Free | 20 / month |
| Process Foundation | 500 / month |
| Process Architecture | 2,000 / month |
| Process Intelligence | 5,000 / month |
| Enterprise | 20,000 / month |
Credits are pooled per organization and reset monthly on paid plans. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle: they do not roll over. The free trial instead uses a one-time allowance for the whole trial period (it does not reset monthly). Your current balance and the next reset date are shown on the Usage and Credits screen.
On the free trial and the free plan, AI access is blocked once the credit pool is exhausted until it resets. On paid plans, usage continues past your included credits and you are notified; you are never charged beyond your plan.
If you regularly run out of credits, consider upgrading to a plan with a larger allowance. See Billing and Payments for plan options. For an example of an AI-powered feature that consumes credits, see AI-Assisted Simulation.
