Collaborative Editing

ProcessMind lets multiple people work on the same process model at the same time. When a teammate opens a model you are editing, you both see the same live canvas, and every change appears on the other person’s screen as it happens.

Real-Time Updates

Models update in real time across screens:

• When you add, move, or rename an element, your teammates see the change immediately.
• Dashboards and documentation attached to the model stay in sync with the latest version.
• You can watch a colleague’s changes appear live while you discuss next steps, for example in comments and mentions.

When Two People Change the Same Element

Because everyone edits the same model, it is possible for two people to edit the same element at the same time. In that case, the two edits are not merged: one edit wins and the other is discarded.

To avoid losing work:

• Save or confirm your changes as you go.
• Coordinate with teammates before making overlapping changes.
• If a change needs discussion, leave a comment on the element first.
