Process Health gives you a single, repeatable health score for each process. The score is shown in a dedicated health dashboard, so you can monitor a process at a glance instead of comparing many separate metrics.

The score is built on the CURES framework: five dimensions (Conformance, Uniformity, Rework, Efficiency, and Smoothness) that together describe how well a process is performing. Each dimension captures a different facet, and the dimensions carry different weights in the overall score.

Viewing Health Dashboards

  1. Open your process and go to the Dashboards page.
  2. Open the Process Health dashboard for your process.
  3. Review the overall health score: an at-a-glance rating of process health.
  4. Drill into each CURES dimension to see the underlying metrics and trends.
  5. Track changes over time to see whether your improvement efforts are working.

Health dashboards build on the data and metrics you already use, so the scores are grounded in the same dashboards you work with every day.

From Score to Cases

A score is only useful if you can act on it. The health dashboards link every finding back to the cases behind it:

  • View affected cases: scores such as the conformance rate open a slide-in listing the case IDs behind the number; from there you can inspect a case in the case explorer.
  • Biggest opportunity: the hero tile points at the weakest CURES dimension; click it to jump to that dimension’s dashboard.
  • Dimension tiles and checklist items navigate to the dashboard that explains the finding, so you can move from “what is wrong” to “why” without hunting through menus.
  • Model Quality: the banner in the health hero opens the Model Design Quality dashboard, where model issues are listed.

Improving Process Health

  • Start with the weakest dimension: a low score is a clear priority. Learn what each dimension measures in the CURES framework.
  • Connect scores to causes: use process variants and conformance checking to find out why a dimension is underperforming.
  • Test improvements with simulation before changing the live process.
  • Re-measure after changes to confirm the score actually improved.
