ProcessMind Login Guide

ProcessMind offers Single Sign-On (SSO) with the popular identity providers Microsoft and Google. This feature simplifies login, enabling authentication via your current accounts. Our SSO setup provides secure access with minimal user data collection.

Login with Microsoft

To log into ProcessMind using your Microsoft account:

  1. Navigate to the Login Page: On the ProcessMind login screen, click the “Login with Microsoft” button.
  2. Authenticate with Microsoft: You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page. Enter your Microsoft account credentials if prompted.
  3. Grant Permissions: You may be asked to grant ProcessMind access to your Microsoft account’s basic information, specifically your email address.
  4. Complete the Process: After authentication, you will be redirected back to ProcessMind. On your first login, you will be asked to enter your First Name and Last Name to complete your profile.

Login with Google

To log into ProcessMind using your Google account:

  1. Navigate to the Login Page: On the ProcessMind login screen, click the “Login with Google” button.
  2. Authenticate with Google: You will be redirected to the Google login page. Enter your Google account credentials if prompted.
  3. Grant Permissions: You may be asked to allow ProcessMind access to your Google account’s basic information, specifically your email address.
  4. Complete the Process: After authentication, you will be redirected back to ProcessMind. On your first login, you will be asked to enter your First Name and Last Name to complete your profile.

Privacy and Data Protection

ProcessMind is committed to protecting your privacy. When logging in through SSO with either Microsoft or Google:

  • Only your email address is captured from the identity provider to uniquely identify you within ProcessMind.
  • After the first login, ProcessMind will ask for your First Name and Last Name to complete your profile setup.
  • No other personal information, such as profile pictures, contact lists, or demographic data, is retrieved from the identity providers.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you encounter issues while logging in

  • Ensure you are using the correct Microsoft or Google account.
  • Confirm that you have granted ProcessMind access to your email information during the authentication process.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, and try logging in again.
  • If the issue persists, contact your system administrator or ProcessMind support for further assistance.
