Setting Up the Portal

The portal shows what you publish, so setting it up is about three things: preparing the content, running processes through review, and sharing the result with the people who need to read it.

Prepare, Publish, Share

  1. Complete your processes: fill in the documentation and assign roles so every section has real content.
  2. Publish: run your governance workflow (Draft, Under Review, Approved) and publish the process. Only published processes appear in the portal.
  3. Give viewers access: add the people who should read the processes as Portal Viewer users. A viewer signs in to ProcessMind and sees the published model and documentation in read-only form.

Viewers are free on every plan, so sharing a published process never uses a modeling seat. To add or manage the people who can open published processes, see Viewer Users.
