This path is for operational excellence managers and analysts who want to analyze and optimize processes with data. You’ll go from raw event log to validated improvement opportunities, using capabilities that span the Process Foundation, Process Architecture, and Process Intelligence seats.

1. Create Your Account

Start by creating your account and completing onboarding. Then decide which process you want to improve.

2. Upload and Configure Your Data

Process intelligence starts with data:

1. Upload your first dataset: CSV, XLSX, and other supported formats.
2. Configure your dataset: map Case ID, Activity, and timestamps.
3. Check data quality and use AI data recommendations to improve your dataset.
4. Map the dataset to your model so analytics connect to the process design.

3. Build and Read Dashboards

Dashboards turn data into insight:

• Learn to navigate the canvas and use filters.
• Explore the case explorer and process animation.
• Build your own with custom dashboards.

4. Mine the Real Process

With data mapped, you can mine the real process: discover how work happens in practice, explore process variants, and run conformance checking to compare reality against your designed model.

5. Simulate Before You Commit

Use simulation to test changes risk-free: adjust resources, staffing, and SLA policies, and see the predicted impact. Try AI-assisted simulation to get started fast.

6. Put AI to Work

• Ask the AI Assistant questions about your processes and datasets.
• Read AI summaries on the canvas for bottlenecks, compliance, and trends.
• Track Process Health scores to prioritize improvement.
