Process Documentation
Welcome to Our Documentation Center
New here? Pick your track: Process Foundation to document and standardize, Process Architecture to connect and govern, or Process Intelligence to analyze and optimize with data.
Process Documentation covers how the written documentation of a process is built, exported, and enriched in ProcessMind. It is written for process owners, documentation authors, and governance teams who need documents that stay in step with the models they describe. Every guide here requires a Process Architecture seat or higher.
What You’ll Learn
- The Documentation Editor: build the doc tree, configure the sections every document uses, and keep the RACI matrix in the document.
- Exporting Documentation: export as Word, Markdown, PDF, or print, and choose what each export includes.
- Artifacts: attach files to tasks and documents, and use them as context for the AI assistant.
Where to Start
- Writing your first document: begin with The Documentation Editor.
- Getting documents to stakeholders: see Exporting Documentation.
- Adding supporting files: Artifacts covers attachments and AI context.
Documentation connects to the rest of your landscape: roles and RACI fill the RACI matrix, governance and publishing controls review, and the Process Portal shares published documents with viewers.
