Why is Copy-Paste Not Working in My Browser?

Our app uses the clipboard to store and retrieve information for copy-paste. However, some browsers may block clipboard access for security reasons or due to browser settings.

How to Enable Clipboard Permissions in Your Browser

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the upper-right corner and select Settings.
  2. Navigate to Privacy and Security > Site Settings.
  3. Under Permissions, click on Clipboard.
  4. Find your ProcessMind URL in the list and set it to Allow.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three-dot menu (…) in the upper-right corner and select Settings.
  2. Go to Cookies and site permissions.
  3. Scroll down and click on Clipboard.
  4. Locate your ProcessMind URL and choose Allow.

Apple Safari

  • Safari’s clipboard access is more restrictive and doesn’t offer a direct setting to manage clipboard permissions. Clipboard access is generally allowed only during direct user interactions, such as clicking a button.
  • Ensure you’re using the latest version of Safari, as updates may enhance clipboard functionality.
