Company Profile
Company Profile
The Company Profile gives ProcessMind’s AI context about your business. AI features use these details to tailor their output to your company: generated process architectures, role suggestions, the empty-canvas wizard, and the AI Assistant all become more relevant when the profile is accurate.
What the Profile Is Used For
The profile feeds the AI with a short company summary — name, website, description, industry, and size. It is used when ProcessMind:
- generates a process architecture or suggests roles,
- drafts a model or documentation in the wizards and the AI Assistant,
- personalizes welcome emails with your company name, industry, and size.
Two things the profile is not:
- It does not change the organization name shown in the app. That is the display name you set in Organization Settings.
- It does not carry any branding. Logos, colors, and white labeling live in Themes & White Labeling.
Editing the Organization Profile
Organization admins edit the profile under Settings → Organization → Company Profile:
- Open Settings from the avatar menu and select Company Profile in the Organization group.
- Fill in the fields:

| Company Name | Your actual company name, used by AI. This is separate from the organization display name. |
| Company Website | Your website. AI research reads it to enrich the profile. |
| Company Description | A short description of what your company does, used by AI wizards. |
| Industry | Your industry, for example “Software / SaaS”. |
| Company Size | Startup, SMB, Mid-size, Enterprise, or Unknown. Bigger companies get a deeper generated process architecture. |
- Optionally click Re-run AI research to let ProcessMind read your website and refresh the description, industry, and size; an empty company name or website is filled in as well. Review the updated fields before saving.
- Click Save.
Field limits: company name and website accept up to 200 characters, the description up to 1000, and the industry up to 100.
Environment Profiles
By default, every environment uses the organization profile. To give one environment its own details — for example a sandbox, a department, or a partner environment that represents a different business:
- Open Settings → Environment → Company Profile.
- Switch on Use custom company profile for this environment. While the switch is off, the fields are hidden and a notice explains that the environment follows the organization profile.
- Fill in the fields and click Save.
Empty fields fall back to the organization values field by field, so you only need to enter what differs.
Who Can Edit What
- Organization profile — organization admins.
- Environment profiles — environment admins.
AI research is logged for usage transparency but never counts toward your AI credits or limits; see Usage and Credits.
