Do we need event data before we can use dashboards?

Yes for performance dashboards. They are part of Process Intelligence and read event logs, so they need a case ID, activity names and timestamps at minimum. Modeling and architecture work shows process models and documentation rather than KPIs, and it can start before any data is available.

How do thresholds and process health scores work?

You define the KPI, the target and the threshold you care about, such as a maximum cycle time or a minimum conformance rate. Process health scores assess conformance, uniformity, rework, efficiency and smoothness from your event data, and when a measure crosses its threshold the affected step is highlighted so you can investigate what changed.

Can we compare teams, periods or datasets?

Yes. You can combine datasets in one model with colour-coded overlays and filter by attributes such as team, system, region or period, then compare the results side by side instead of comparing overall averages.

Can we share dashboards with people who do not work in the platform?
