AI Assistant (beta)

Available on every plan; credit allowances depend on your seats

The AI Assistant is your on-demand expert for process management. Instead of hunting through menus and dashboards, you can ask questions in plain language, get concrete recommendations, and apply changes to your process, all from one chat panel.

Getting Started

  1. Open the AI Assistant panel from anywhere in the app.
  2. Ask a question about your process, your data, or your model.
  3. Review the answer: the assistant references the relevant dashboards, models, and data so you can verify its reasoning.

The assistant is available on every plan. Your monthly AI credit allowance depends on your seats; for example, a Process Foundation seat includes 500 AI credits per month.

Chatting with the Assistant

The assistant understands the context of your workspace:

  • Ask about your data: “How many cases did we handle last month?”
  • Ask about your process: “Where are the biggest bottlenecks?”
  • Ask for recommendations: “What should we standardize first?”

Applying Changes with Diff Apply

When the assistant suggests a change to your model or configuration, it shows you a diff: a clear before/after preview of exactly what would change:

  1. Review the diff to understand the impact.
  2. Accept to apply the change, or reject to keep things as they are.

Before an accepted change is applied, the assistant creates an automatic version of the process, so the previous state is always one step away: open Versioning and restore the version that was created for you.

This makes AI assistance safe: nothing changes without your explicit review and approval.

Assistant Memory

The assistant remembers the context of your conversation, so you can build up an analysis step by step. Ask a follow-up question and it stays focused on the topic you are working on, without losing the thread.

Tool Use

To answer accurately, the assistant can use tools, such as querying your datasets, reading your dashboards, or inspecting your models. When a tool is used, the assistant tells you, so you always know the source of its answer.

Managing Your Credits

  • Your monthly AI credits reset each month; the allowance grows with your seats (500 per Process Foundation seat; higher-tier seats contribute more).
  • AI actions are metered: assistant conversations, model generation, and summaries all consume credits.
  • Track your balance on the usage and credits screen, and see billing and payments for plan options.
