Customizing Dashboards

The dashboards in ProcessMind are designed to be intuitive and fully customizable, allowing you to tailor them to meet your specific needs. Dashboards can be built entirely through drag-and-drop functionality, using elements such as charts, text charts, or custom HTML forms. These elements are described in detail in the Process Charts section of this documentation.

Customizing Dashboard Elements

1. Adding Elements:
   Drag and drop objects like charts or HTML forms onto the canvas to build your dashboard.

2. Resizing Containers:
   Each chart or element is placed in a container that can be resized. To adjust the size:

   • Hover over the edge of the container.
   • Drag the edge with your mouse to make the element larger or smaller.

3. Invisible Grid for Alignment:
   To simplify alignment, the dashboard canvas includes an invisible grid. Containers will snap to the grid, making it easier to align elements neatly.

Alignments

A well-aligned dashboard improves readability and creates a visually appealing layout. To help achieve this, ProcessMind provides alignment tools:

• Selecting Multiple Charts:
  Hold down the mouse to select multiple charts, or use CTR + Click (Windows) / Command + Click (MacOs) to select specific elements.

• Alignment Options:
  Open the Hamburger Menu (next to the selection) and choose an alignment option to:

  • Align charts horizontally or vertically.
  • Size the charts evenly in height or with for a clean and balanced look.
