Visual Simulation

Visual simulation in ProcessMind brings your process to life by animating case flows over time. This feature allows you to see how the process was followed and evolved, providing a dynamic and intuitive way to understand your data.

How It Works

The simulation uses each dataset as an individual line, animating the flow of cases through the process. If you want to combine multiple datasets into a single animation:

• Assign the same color to the datasets.
• Select the “Combine Datasets with Same Color” option to merge them for the simulation.

Starting the Simulation

To begin the visual simulation:

1. Click the Play button located at the bottom of the screen.
2. Watch as the cases are animated through the process in real time. Each dot represents a single case running through the process.

Simulation Settings

On the right-hand side of the screen, you’ll find a set of options to customize the animation:

• Speed:
  Adjust the speed of the simulation to control how fast the data flows through the process.
• Show Tail:
  Enable this option to leave a small visual trail behind each animated dot, making it easier to follow the flow of each case.
