Third party sub-processors
ProcessMind engages third-party sub-processors to handle personal data for its customers, in accordance with its Data Processing Addendum. These sub-processors are reviewed annually for compliance. Where required by applicable data protection law for transfers to third countries, ProcessMind conducts transfer impact assessments and implements supplementary measures; assessments are available to customers on request. Appropriate measures are mandated for all sub-processors to maintain data protection standards.

Analytics, advertising and marketing partners
In addition to the sub-processors above, we use analytics and advertising providers — Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and LinkedIn (conversion measurement) — as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. Conversion measurement can use hashed identifiers, and these technologies load according to your cookie preferences where consent is required.
Change notifications
To receive advance notice when ProcessMind adds or changes a sub-processor, email privacy@processmind.com with the subject line “Subscribe to sub-processor updates.” ProcessMind also notifies the billing contact of record for each customer. ProcessMind will notify subscribed addresses at least thirty (30) days before allowing any new sub-processor to process Customer Personal Data, as described in Section 4.2 of the Data Processing Addendum.
