Christiaan comes from a background in electrotechnical engineering and IT, with over two decades of experience helping companies worldwide streamline their operations and improve efficiency. He co-founded ProcessGold, a company that was acquired by UiPath in October 2019, becoming UiPath Process Mining. As VP of Solution Engineering at UiPath, Christiaan built a global team of tech-wizards called “Solution Engineers”, sharing their expertise in process mining, business process management, and workflow optimization across the globe.

In 2024, Christiaan and Roel decided to take their shared vision to the next level by starting ProcessMind. They believe in a simple truth: happy employees lead to successful companies. ProcessMind is dedicated to creating tools that make workflows smoother and less frustrating. Their guiding principle is that processes should help people excel in their roles, not bog them down. By focusing on what makes employees happier at work, they’re on a mission to make businesses not just more efficient, but places where people genuinely want to be.
