AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS

ProcessMind today released ProcessMind 2026.10, a depth release that makes the platform faster and the commercial experience simpler. Dashboards share their query work behind the scenes, uploads handle messier data, and pricing receives a major update in the app.

ProcessMind 2026.10

Faster analytics for every dashboard

Related chart queries are now combined and shared behind the scenes, so dashboard pages fetch far less and render sooner, especially on large datasets. The heaviest analytical views, Process Health and the Conformance panels, gained the most.

Smarter imports and uploads

Uploads now retry on their own after a momentary network hiccup, auto-detection finds header rows under title blocks and falls back to the first usable worksheet, and bulk BPMN import and export mirror your catalog’s folder structure.

Pricing updates in the app

Expired trials and canceled subscriptions now lock the workspace until the admin chooses a paid seat or Process Individual (never an automatic downgrade). Seats unlock the moment they are assigned, checkout happens inline, and viewer, credit and environment add-ons come with annual volume discounts.

Also in this release

Environment types (normal, sandbox, demo), an architecture wizard that drafts your landscape from uploaded documents, AI Assistant answer feedback, and simpler and faster model documentation.

About ProcessMind

"ProcessMind is a connected process platform built around three layers: Process Foundation, Process Architecture, and Process Intelligence. Process Foundation helps teams design and document how work should happen. Process Architecture connects processes, responsibilities, and business objectives across the organization. Process Intelligence uses operational data to show how work actually performs, surface bottlenecks and opportunities, and simulate improvements before rollout. Together, these layers create the process context organizations need to improve operations, adopt AI, and automate with confidence."
