ProcessMind Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) ensures a safe, respectful and legal environment for all users of ProcessMind.

Scope

This policy applies to all users of ProcessMind’s services, websites, and cloud services. It governs all forms of content created, posted, uploaded, shared, submitted, or otherwise provided to the services by users.

Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • violate intellectual property, privacy or other rights, or compromise the safety or security of others;
  • upload unlawful, harassing, spam or deceptive content;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to, our systems; circumvent security or authentication measures; reverse-engineer, hack or decipher the Services; or interfere with their integrity or performance;
  • impose an unreasonably large load on our infrastructure (for example through automated requests beyond normal browser use);
  • reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Users are responsible for using ProcessMind in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this AUP. This includes respecting the intellectual property, privacy, and safety of others.

Enforcement

ProcessMind reserves the right to take any necessary action against users who violate this policy, including removing content, suspending access, or terminating accounts. Users are expected to cooperate with investigations into violations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or other factors. Changes are made in accordance with Section 19.7 (Changes to this Agreement) of the Customer Agreement, which provides for notice of material changes. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically as well.
