流程书签功能指南

Process Bookmarks

Process Bookmarks allow you to save specific views of your process, including all applied filters and settings. This is particularly useful for quickly returning to a particular analysis setup or sharing it with team members.

Creating a Bookmark

To create a bookmark:

1. Set up your process view with the desired filters and settings.
2. Click the hamburger menu on the top right of your canvas and select Bookmark Dashboard.
3. The name of the process will be automatically used as the bookmark name.

Your bookmark is now saved in the Bookmark List that can be accessed from the left icon sidebar.

更新书签

更新书签请按以下步骤操作：

1. 点击左侧图标栏打开书签列表，或直接进入需要保存的流程仪表盘。
2. 根据需要调整仪表盘、视图或筛选条件。
3. 回到书签列表，找到要更新的书签。
4. 点击该书签右侧 编辑 图标，选择 更新书签。

书签将保存你最新的设置。

书签管理

你可以这样管理书签：

• 查看书签： 点击左侧图标栏，打开书签列表，查看所有已保存的书签。
• 删除书签： 在书签列表中点击书签右侧的 删除 图标，移除该书签。
• 整理书签： 拖动书签调整排序，点击右侧的 […] 可以新建文件夹或子文件夹进行分组。
• 搜索书签： 用列表顶部的搜索栏快速查找书签。
• 重命名书签： 点击书签右侧的 编辑 图标进行重命名。
• 分享书签： 点击书签右侧的 编辑 图标，选择 共享链接，生成的链接可在有权限的组织成员间共享。
