Your workspace is locked until you choose: continue on the Process Individual plan, so you keep your data and one member keeps full access at demo scale (up to 10,000 events per dataset, 20 AI credits, and 5 exports per month), or subscribe to a paid seat. You can change who holds the access or upgrade at any time.

All customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), and handled in line with our GDPR compliance programme. We do not sell your data, and it is never used by third parties for their own purposes.
